1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Divine Pies' services, including but not limited to purchasing our products or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via Venmo.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery: We strive to deliver our products in a timely manner, but delivery times may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.  All orders must be placed 5 ays in advance of needed delivery.

4. Refunds and Returns

4.1. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4.2. Returns: We do not accept returns of perishable food items, including pies, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Product Information

5.1. Ingredients: Our pies are made with high-quality gluten-free ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

5.2. Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Divine Pies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Pies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Travis County, Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Divine Pies reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
